Qualifications and Personal Information
Thank you for taking time to complete the application to become a CASA Volunteer. Be sure to press the "SUBMIT" button at the end. You will be asked for 4 references with email addresses. These references cannot be immediate family members. The application will need to be completed in one setting and cannot be saved. You will have the ability to print a copy of the application for your records once complete. The application takes approximately 30 minutes to complete. Thank you, Atlanta CASA
